When I received the bottle of shampoo, it had opened while being shipped so the shampoo squirted all over the box and I lost a lot of the shampoo. I would suggest sealing them before shipping. One time when I got it, there was a small piece of tape on the top to hold it closed. It's my suggestion to always ship that way because I lost a lot of the product this time around. In fact, I wanted to complain and ask for a discount the next time around since I lost so much of the product. I love the actual shampoo but was frustrated by the fact that it made a big mess and I feel like I lost money because so much of the shampoo was wasted.
