Oily Skin Remedies
Oily skin can cause all sorts for problems from acne and blackheads to clogged pores and constant itching.

Oily Face Toner
Recommended to be used in conjunction with the Oily Face Wash, Oily Face Toner is for spot treatment of blemishes. It helps to dry the oils and help kill the bacteria that may linger and cause infection of further outbreaks. Especially useful for helping heal irritated, sore, and hard-to-heal spots.
For the most advanced solution to oily skin, we recommend spot treatment of "t zone" areas. Cheeks, brow, forehead, along the top and sides of the nose, and around and under the chin. No Alcohol that can cause severe drying!
A higher concentration of Zinc and targeted ingredients, application should be with a cotton swab or "Q tip". Recommended use is once in the evening after cleansing for maximum effectiveness. Your skins oil is called sebum; once your skin starts over-producing sebum it will start to build-up clogging pores. One good thing to take into consideration is that this may be an "easy fix".
Products containing Zinc PCA help wash away excess sebum and absorb into your skin to regulate sebum production as well. Moderating or controlling your natural sebum will keep it from drying out too much. If it gets overly dry it can cause premature aging, thinning of the tissue on the hands and face, and powdery flaking and cracking.
Is some cased you can even treat oily skin from the comfort of your own home. Always make sure you wash your face 3 times a day with an oily skin face wash. How to make a homemade scrub:
- Blend 1 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of white sugar together
- Mix 1/4 cup of Jojoba oil and 2 table spoons of lemon juice
- Combine together until it is thick
- Gently apply to face in circular motion
- Then rinse in warm water
A good oily skin face mask can also help fight oily skin. Make sure if your going to use makeup that it is mineral makeup. It is more gentle on skin and is better for it. Try not to touch your face to avoid making it oilier. Following these few guidelines will help make you complexion blemish free and less oily in a matter of weeks.
Homemade oily skin face rinses - Here are some things you can make to rinse your face off that is gentle on your skin and will fight oils.
The Baking Soda Paste - Use 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and a drop of dawn liquid soap mix together a rub on your nose to fight blackheads. Always rinse with cool water. (If you don't like baking soda you can use plain corn starch and water to do the same thing)
Ocean Spray - Use Mediterranean sea salt and water to make a spray to spray on your face daily to help cut the oils on your face and reduce acne. Pat dry.
Homemade Toner - You can use vinegar and cotton balls to use as a face toner in the summer time.
Apple Mask - Mix 1/2 cup cooked apples with 1/2 cup cooked oatmeal 1 egg white and a tablespoon of lemon juice. Apply and let site for 15 min. then rise off in cool water.
