Hair Care Secrets you Must Know

Rinse off the shampoo completely to prevent the residues from clogging the pores on the scalp. 2. Brushing

Brushing your hair helps spread the oils from the scalp evenly throughout the hair and promotes blood circulation on the scalp. Wet hair is weak and prone to breaking. After shampooing you should use a towel to squeeze out the water taking care not to rub the towel on the hair as it can damage your hair.

3. Blow Dryers

Your hair will be at its best when you squeeze out the water using a towel and allow air drying. Blow dryers if used should be set to low or medium heat and should be kept at least about 8 inches away from your hair. Excessive heat from the blow dryer can cause damage to your hair.

4. Your Diet

A balanced diet contributes in a large measure for a healthy hair. Your diet should be well balanced with fruits, vegetables, protein and fiber. Fish, meat, milk, cheese and soy carry plenty of proteins and will prevent your hair from breaking. Your hair is primarily made up of protein and the more protein your diet carries, the better for your hair.

Drinking plenty of water – say about 10 glasses a day is also very beneficial to your hair. If your diet does not have enough vitamins, you should consider taking some vitamin supplements.
