There are various ingredients found in a good shampoo that do weak hair a lot of good. So look for these elements in the shampoo you’re planning to buy. For example, hydrolysed rice protein makes hair stronger and creates a full look, as it expands the hair itself to make the whole head of hair look thicker.
Moisturizing emollients such as aloe and avocado get rid of unsightly split ends, while Vitamin B5 and Vitamin E make hair stronger and healthier, as well as making split ends vanish. Soy protein makes hair stronger, too, and makes it less dry and more flexible, with less chances of breakage.
The Natural Way
Ginger hair oil is excellent for new hair growth and it’s easy to make – just squeeze out a quarter teaspoon of juice from some fresh ginger, mix it with sesame oil and apply to your hair. Leave it on for at least fifteen minutes. Peach seed oil is good for hair growth, too.
A mixture of flax seed, quince, agar, gelatine and Irish moss is also very good for adding body to weak hair. Sage and wheatgrass are great for weak hair, too, and soy protein is another ingredient of hair care products that restores and strengthens weak, damaged hair. |
