I am 58 and well endowed so it is a battle to keep any semblance of firm at this point. This cream really does help and my breast look much younger than my age. I definitely believe it firms as well. If you are in your 40's probably once a day will be enough to keep you firmer. I just started using this twice a day as I now feel I need to.

I am hoping the continued use will help pull up the breast a little as gravity is affecting the directional pull constantly. Love the product and will stick with it to see the continuing benefits. I told him about this product and he was certain that the only way to get result was to go to a plastic surgeon and that the online products does work. I bought the product still. From the first time I tried it, I felt a difference. I know that might sound crazy but I did. I noticed a big change in the firmness and fullness or my breast within the 3 weeks.
