Return Policy
Any Canceled or Refused Orders Will Be Charged A 20% Restocking Fee
We DO NOT accept returns on curlers, curling irons, flat irons, or hair dryers or any other products we do not manufacture. All sales are final.
· Your satisfaction is our primary goal. All healthy hair plus and nourish products have a 30 Day, 100% Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your results, you may return the unused portion of the hair product for a refund minus shipping.
· To qualify you must notify us of the return of your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order.

NOTE: Electronic items such as Vector Hair Removal System, SoftLight Laser and HairMax LaserComb are non-returnable, non-refundable. All sales are final. For defective products you must contact the manufacturer directly. We cannot take returns on products that we do not manufacture.
Return/Exchange Instructions
· Notify of us your return via e-mail at info@faberproductsllc.com or via phone by calling us toll-free at 888-424-7009, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 4:00PM EST.
· Use a track-able and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

· Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Returns will be processed within five business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment
Damaged Items
· When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-888-424-7009.
· Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
International Packages If you order a package and do not pick it up you will be charged for the package to be returned or destroyed. So please pick up your packages.
