The sebum, cholesterol, dirt and bacteria must all be removed and constantly irrigated. Follicleanse shampoo irrigates the follicle while also providing several other important things:
 

1)      Fenugreek is a natural stimulant that increases blood supply including oxygen and vital nutrients to the root.

2)      Fenugreek and B Vitamins help to stop the formation of dht in the hair follicle from the sebaceous gland

3)      Panthenol in extreme amounts (4 times more than the best known hair shampoo promoted for pro v) Panthenol is the only vitamin that penetrates the hair shaft to expand the hair and add health.

Directions for use:
Follicleanse Me PLUS® with peppermint menthol formulation.  A clarifying shampoo with moisturizing propertied.  Wash hair thoroughly with a generous application of shampoo. Massage scalp gently from front to back and rinse thoroughly after washing. Warning: Peppermint and Menthol create a cooling, soothing sensation that may not be compatible with sensitive scalps or skin.

I recently just finished my 1st bottle of this shampoo and when I bought it I was skeptical but after the 1 use I could tell a big difference in my scalp.. its not itchy anymore and the dry spots have completely disappeared. I would definitely recommend this to anyone having psoriasis issues on their scalp.
