Dandruff & Oily Scalp can often go together especially in men between the ages of 20 and 55 and especially in men that are thinning or in women that have reached menopause. A dandruff oily scalp can by annoying and itch really bad.
 
This is because of the hormone DHT. This hormone is responsible for hair thinning and DHT hair loss but also causes secondary reactions such as an over production of oil from the sebaceous gland.
