So I set out to find a natural based hair care solution to solve the dandruff problem. I had tried head and shoulders and even tar shampoos like t gel. No T Gel helped some but you are not supposed to used a Tar shampoo for more than 30 days! After I did checking on the ingredients used in both Head and Shoulders as well as T Gel I knew that they were not a good long term solution and I did not want to use them anymore.
At the time I hired a chemist to help me formulate a shampoo that was herbal and natural based to fight my serious dandruff problem. This shampoo is now called Follicleanse and is one of top sellers with an extremely loyal customer base. Follicleanse shampoo was designed as an anti-dandruff shampoo use herbs such as thyme and sage to deep cleanse the root of the hair to purify itchy or flaky scalp and also deep in the follicle pocket where bacteria and sebum can get caught and breed for years! I also added fenugreek and ivy burdock to help bring blood flow to the scalp and the root of the hair and this help to resolve a lot of scalp issues.
Blood flow is vital to healthy hair and skin. And to top it off I added zinc pca - a derivative of zinc! This amino acid regulates the sebum gland so that not too much oil is being produced or if not enough scalp oils are being produced it regulates it up and helps to purify the scalp. It has now been over 8 years and we know that Follicleanse shampoo not only helps to resolve dandruff it helps with hair thinning in both men and women.
