Follicleanse shampoo is excellent for gently, yet effectively cleansing the root of the hair. Sebum and cholesterol can combine to become very hard in the hair follicle. I didn't realize how good this shampoo was until I ran out!  My itchy, scaly scalp returned within about a week after running out.  I can't wait to get my shipment in the mail!
