Directions for Use:
 
Awaken and Replenish® Shampoo: Wet hair and apply Awaken and Replenish Shampoo liberally. Gently massage through the scalp area for maximum lather. Rinse with warm water. Repeat if desired for increased effectiveness and hair growth.
 
Awaken and Replenish® Conditioner: After washing and cleansing, gently towel-dry hair. Put a pearl-size amount of Conditioner to palms of hands (more for longer hair). Rub hands together briefly and apply evenly throughout the hair. Rinse and repeat for increased smoothness and reduced frizz.

I haven't been using this product combo long enough to see new hair growth, but it definately makes my fine, curly hair very soft. I don't need product once I've washed my hair which is awesome! and it smells lovely

I love the vitamins. They are full of good stuff! :)  They don't cause any side effects for me as well.  I have been taking them for about a month now and will be placing my order for another months supply.  The shampoo and conditioner seem pretty good as well.  They leave my hair soft and very very shiny! I don't know that any of these products have "thickened" my hair or made it "stronger" or "grow faster"  But  maybe that's because I have just started the product and only been using it for a months worth.

This is a very nice conditioner. I have extremely thin and fine hair and it does not weigh it down, but rather helps my hair hold some degree of body. The smell is not my favorite, but certainly not offensive by any means. I like it and will probably buy it again in the future.

I thought the Awaken and Replenish shampoo made my fine, thin hair feel softer and thicker after shampooing,  however,  the conditioner was not effective in getting out my tangles.  I have to use it in combination with another conditioner to be able to run a comb through it.
